KIDNEY BEANS (CHITRA RAJMA)
Grown on the foothills of the Himalayas, this large kidney-shaped bean gets its name as Chitra or picturesque due to its unique and intricate design. White in colour, Chitra rajma has a solid texture and smoothness. They are very famous and used liberally in the exotic Kashmiri cuisine.
