FENUGREEK (DANA METHI)

You can soak one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in 2 glasses of water overnight and drink it in the morning. This is an excellent trick for weight loss. Grinding and roasting them is another alternative way of consuming these marvellous seeds. In foods, Fenugreek is included as an ingredient in spice blends.
Fenugreek is known to improve hair growth and texture when applied with curd.
